             HELLO AND WELCOME TO THE WENDEL WERNER NEWSLETTER #71 First of all, let me say how much I appreciate everyone's patience with the new website. We are working very hard to make sure that everything we want is there as well as making sure that everything that is wrong getting fixed. We also appreciate all the suggestions and "headsup" we've been given about the site. Thanks to you all, we are aware of the typos in the bio, we are aware that the website is now kicking out the newsletter but not in the format you are used to, and i'm doing my best to change the music that is on the site.

             I also understand that several of you have been able to make performances of mine, thanks to checking the website. Thanks...it feels like we are all working together to make sure this thing is everything we all want it to be. Again, I appreciate your help.

                        Other News:

             Things seem to be going VERY well at the Lawson - McGee Library. I'm performing there every second and third Friday evening. It's a wonderful, intimate setting complete with food and wine. I start at 6pm and play until 8:30pm. I've been flattered by the fact that there hasn't been a performance yet that wasn't filled up with people by 6:15pm. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

              To be honest, we are HOPING that Danielle can be there. At press, she was recovering from having tonsils removed. If you don't know, that can be very touchy for a singer. We do wish Danielle, a former JUST IN TIME member, the best and if she isn't able to make the performance, then you'll just have to deal with me by myself. So there.

WENDEL WERNER CONCERT IN LOUISVILLE, KY.

               This will be my first time performing in the area. I have two concerts booked..now and again in December during a solo tour that i'm in the process of booking. If you think you will be in the area, please get in touch with me and i'll give you details about the performance.

CAMP MEETING - TRINITY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH (KNOXVILLE)
6PM

                Once a year, former JUST IN TIME member and Trinity's music director, SHERYL HOWARD, has a big music concert. In the past, they've been quite kind by performing music i've composed. That's not the case this year, but I will be doing some playing on this concert. It's free..and it's ALWAYS good. So, if you're free..stop by.

                So, in addition to all this, my classes at the University of Tennessee start on August 24 and my classes at Walters State Community College start on August 29. In other words, the madness resumes in August.
